This thing is a piece of junk and you’ll get no help from the manufacturer when it breaks after 4 uses… and I’m not exaggerating.

I got this on the last Woot-off. A lot of people had complaints about the unit itself. Personally, I still haven’t hooked it up, but did use a cup, once. Cups are NOT insulated and are too hot to hold with hot drinks!
But buy one or two cuz they’re cheap! :o)

Yep, ditto on my end. there is a warranty but its almost cheaper to buy a new one on woot than ship it back to the manufacturer
