This is a public forum and you need customer service.
Do you know if your daughter made the order from your account or a different one? You’ll need to cancel from the account the order was placed on. In the order history, if it’s possible, there will be a a link to cancel the order on the item you want to cancel.
If it’s been more than two hours it may be too late to cancel.
Here’s the info on how to contact Customer Service.
Please allow 24-48 hours for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
