I canceled order for one grey Cuisinart pot $59 and ordered the sage color a few minutes later…I was delivered the sage on Monday and the grey that was canceled on Tuesday…needless to say I ordered the sage after cancelling the grey. Now I have to pay the price of shipping and restocking? No way will I order from Woot…thanks for the hard lesson and I will NEVER order from Woot again. And yes I emailed to discuss and waited online over 15 minutes for customer(joke)service no answer. AMAZON shame on you since YOU own them…told them my new email address never heard from them plus Woot if smart can always get my email address from Amazon since I used AMAZON PAY and yes contacted them also…NOTHING!

How did you cancel the gray one? You can self cancel in two hours. After that, we’re unable to cancel orders. To ship things quickly like customers demand these days, we have to start processing those orders so they can get shipped out.
However, you have a 30-day return policy. We generally provide a pre-paid return label unless you abuse our kindness. Being really nice to our Customer Service reps makes their day and we highly encourage it.
So reach out to Woot! Customer Service and give them a chance. Our phones are kinda wonky so just use the support form. They’ll get back to you within 24h or sooner in many cases.
