No extra info there but I THINK it’s a tool roll holder thingy.
Looks about right - looks almost identical to my dad’s old roll-up wrench storage bag, which lasted for decades. If I didn’t just store my wrenches on a magnet strip (originally advertised primarily for kitchen knives), I’d consider it.

I have the ones with zippered pockets. I love it, as no more hunting for tools in a dark tool bag. I also dont have any excuses to buy yet another screwdriver.
