CeraVe is a great company and provides great products. Our skin in N. ID drys out horribly. With so much moisture in the air and lakes and streams I never understood why but everyone needs help for the main organ which is skin. Who wants creepy eyes? Not me.
I work in engineering building systems. I thought maybe I can share that Idaho is not moist and especially not in winter. West of you is a desert in Kennewick/ three cities and up the east side of Washington and Oregon. And when it’s cold, the air can hold much less moisture. 100% RH at 30f will be 22% RH when that air is warmed up indoors to 70f. And often in winter outside isn’t 100%, and as temperatures drop further that effect becomes more extreme. 0F 100% RH becomes 6% RH at 70f. Below about 35 %RH you feel dry and gross. So you aren’t crazy for feeling dry especially in winter.
