Anyone else receive the brand “NEW” item from Legacy yet in a brown box. No retail packaging artwork. Did I just buy a refurbished product?? Very upset about this.

Hi there. It’s very likely new. Manufacturers can save money by using non-retail packaging for online retail.

PS: The brown box also keeps the item from being identified if it’s shipped in that box rather than an outer box.

I already have since I was expecting artwork packaging.

received refurbished as well,came in brown box.description was wrong.the item itself looks new but anyway can’t be sold as “NEW” without retail packaging.feel scammed

Also, if there was damage to the original retail packaging, we may make the decision to change the packaging even if the item is new. That is possible here, but you also could have received the wrong item for which we are very sorry!
