Just a heads up, I’m already claiming a warranty on the one I got a few weeks ago. I use it a couple times a day. Big tip if you want to make this thing last -
Press down on the blade (pushing it upwards towards the battery housing) when attaching it to the battery - this makes sure the rod on the attachment actually goes into the plastic housing that spins the blade on the battery.
The attachment has a rod for connecting to the battery and unfortunately it does not stay in place for some reason. It moves downwards and out of the housing that makes it spin. The only way I can get mine to work is if I push up the blade with my hand and connect them (don’t worry you have to use a safety for it to operate)
This is a different model from the one that was on sale for $25 awhile back. Though they are similar I’m not sure if this one has the misalignment issue with the attachments and plastic battery housing.
I will say Chefman customer service was great and they did honor the warranty and replace my unit rather quickly.
