The only bad thing about this is that only 3 of the 5 main parts actually go in the case - the beaker (tall mix cup) and the food chopper bowl AND blade have no home. We’ve had this for just 9 months, and already the wife (who just HAD to have this) often cant find the beaker or the food chopper. Personally, I prefer small appliances that come in a sturdy box, and I simply repack them in that for storage between uses. Seriously, if this were being used every day, the motor head and w/standard blender tool would be on the counter with its’ beaker and charger, somewhere near the coffee maker or toaster to share a power outlet, and you would want the case for the food chopper, masher head, and the whisk/whip tool.
My earlier purchase of just the blender worked like a champ, until thirty days after the 90 day warranty expired. Then the switch mechanism broke and would not snap back in place. Of course the switch spring flew across the room and disappeared. Be advised it is a tall machine and very top heavy. Rating, for breaking at 6 months, 1 of 5.
