Classic and fitted tees have the same measurements

I’m a little confused. According to the sizing page, classic and fitted tees have the exact same measurements.

Is this correct?

Sorry if this has been covered; I searched but couldn’t find anything.

On paper, yes, the specs are the same for the men/unisex shirts. There are still some slight differences, though.

  • The standard Port and Company blanks have tended to be a half inch to an inch wider, so it fits a little looser. The fitted Canvas blanks have tended to be spot on.

  • In length, it’s the other way around. The standard tends to be spot on and the fitted tends to be longer.

  • The sleeve cuts and a little different. The standard is more squared off; the fitted have more taper to them.

  • Both are soft and ring spun, so it’s not like sandpaper grade. The lighter weight of the fitted Canvas blanks are still softer, though.
