I’ve been using these tents for 30 years. The floor is dry even with 3 inches of standing water under it. No other tent I have ever owned has that kind of floor. This is not a backpack tent but short of a biblical flood, you will be dry. The price is the same as 30 years ago and setup and breakdown is pretty simple. Buy it if you are looking for a small tent.
