Still won’t allow me to purchase with my Prime membership so I can skip the shipping charge, no matter how many times I sign out of Woot and sign back in with my Prime membership. I refuse to pay $5 shipping for a $5.40 purchase. WTG, Woot.
I’m sorry to hear this! Make sure you are choosing the “Log in with Amazon” option as that’s the only way to get the Prime benefit. If you are continuing to have issues, please use the Customer Service form and they’ll be happy to help.
In addition to the note above…
Log in with Amazon is different that Pay with Amazon. You need to log out of Woot and log back in using the Login with Amazon button.
So far your account doesn’t show that you’ve logged in with Amazon.
You need to do this each time to get the free shipping benefit.
