This is a great drone, especially for a beginner that didn’t want to spend a ton of money! I’m hooked. This thing flies great, takes great video and pictures, and is quick and easy to set up.

I ordered the F24 and received the F18 with a F24 sticker! Big price and product difference! I just want what I ordered and the F24 is in stock but I got a generic reply from customer service and I don’t know how else to talk to someone to get this figured out!!!

These were new so it should have been in the packaging. Did you look in all the foam packing?

Yes the slots where there shouldve been things in had blocks to cover slot. Empty under them

I tried all morning. The lady kept hanging up on me instead transferring my calls when i was in hold, accidentally. I just wanted to ask about charging specs so i can buy my own charging cube. But i said fuck the stress. Less is more. Just return it

Trust me. I’ve worked here 10 years. New items arrived defective or missing parts back then as well.
I’m sorry for the frustration but there’s no way we could anticipate a new item missing a part.

Ok, I understand the flight time is up to 30 min on a single battery.
So what’s the actual meaning of this line in the spec?
“Maximum Flight Time: 60 Minutes (30+30)”
Does this mean we get two batteries with it? Please clarify.
Hi there. Thanks for the comment. Looks like that was copy/pasted from a sale that had 2 batteries. Run time for this is 30 minutes with the one included battery. I’ve updated the specs.
