Description says 16" - so 16 x what??? Would love to replace a few of my older ones but have to know the true dimensions.
Obviously uploaded by someone who doesn’t cook on your staff. 
Also pondering the stainless steel as so many of these are actually aluminium. 
Suspect the rack is stainless but not the pan. (Btw when they have high sides like this they are a Jelly Roll Pan. Cookie Sheets are flat, hense the word “sheet”. Common mistake - I used to make it too, 35+ years ago)
