I wondered why the bad reviews… it doesnt appear to be because of the wipes themselves… instead, many of the reviewers claim that they only recieved 1 individual pack of 14 wipes, not 24 packs. I hope that was just an Amazon warehouse mistake that won’t happen with these ones
I’ll keep my fingers crossed but based on reviews we’re probably getting one pack despite description.
Well I am hoping to get what description says poor customer service hopefully wound be bombarded with messages if it’s not what was advertised…. 
My 2¢: DON’T flush them. I flushed one and then another about two weeks later. Had to have my sewer line snaked to get them out. If you have older metal pipes, they have burrs on the inside and these catch on them. They do not disintegrate. They’re good wipes, just throw them away and don’t flush.
I just received my order and all the reviews are correct, they only send you one pack. I messaged customer service and I am waiting for a response. That is misleading and they need to change the wording.

*edit to add I am a little sad I was really hoping for the 24 then ied have some on motorcycles rides and those places that we end out with Porta potties these would come in handy!

Reach out to customer service if you were shorted. 
I 100% agree with TT. My wife tried flushing “flushable” wipes when our son was younger and promptly clogged multiple pieces of plumbing from one toilet. My plumber says “flushable” wipes make him a lot of money and I believe him. Don’t flush them down the toilet, ever!
It’s got to hurt Amazon eventually to put out these false claims and then more than likely refund people without making them send the product back because it costs too much to pay for a pre-addressed paid for label. I can’t imagine how many orders were made where people got a single package and Amazon just ends up swallowing the cost and refunds everyone.
I was thinking the same thing. I wish I was sent the other 23 packages but I don’t expect that to happen.
Yeah I’ve had other flushable wipes that I could tell breakdown, unfortunately sometimes before they even reach the bowl, if you know what I mean. But I’ll make sure not to flush these. Thanks for the heads up TT.
Yup I sent a message to customer services I never know what topic to choose but I at least have 14 for those times you are at a place with Porta potties cause that’s what I was thinking of them for and I know of at least two events I will be at this summer that will come in handy

Honestly, buying Amazon mess-ups and then getting customer service to refund you is the best way to get actual good deals on woot.
That’s a BIG box for one small package - where’s the sense in that?
