Honestly? I disagree. The predictability means that even people who work all day and can’t refresh nonstop can still have a chance, or people in different timezones don’t get advantages/disadvantages.

Though it looks like there have been a few WO items so far and just on of these, so maybe it’ll just be the one BoC, or maybe it’ll be in more irregular intervals than last time.
