Something is really messed up with this item! Some got what the description and photo shows, a set of 6 colors for 13.99, and they are happy! But others have complained that they have received random orders, including many with only one bottle, for 13.99! What a deal! I had assumed that there was an error, and would have been corrected by your team, by now. But I got my delivery today, and it had only 1 bottle of brown, for 13.99 plus tax!!! What am I supposed to tell my daughter, that a scrooge named Woot, stole the other bottles? I am a regular customer, and expect to get the same order as those happy 5 star customers! Please ship me the other 5 non-brown colors that I paid for!! Thank you!
Hi there. Amazon associates in the warehouses sometimes break apart multipacks so one warehouse will ship it correctly and others will not. That’s why it can be hit or miss.
We don’t have a way to ship the missing bottles but do reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

I got a refund, thru customer service, thanks! Just sad as my kid would really have enjoyed the set! Hope you get more in! For now, I guess she’ll be painting lots of brown paintings :]
