This toolbox is utter junk! The instructions are wrong. There are two plastic pins on the orange latches. You need a pair of pliers to pull them straight out. They look like screws, but they aren’t. They are similar to anchor screws, but are totally useless. Lots of people have problems understanding how to open the case without destroying it. It’s stupid to need a separate tool to open a tool box. Think Crescent!
