I love karambits and I have two folders for EDC.

Both have a hook or a catch on the back of the blade to grab your pant pocket that deploys the blade as you pull out. It is much faster than this provoke starting from the draw.
The provoke is very sizeable in width and thickness. The pocket clip is only good for a right pocket. If placed on the left your knife is now backwards and not advisable to draw. Imagine the old western movies where a gun is holstered with the grip facing forward.
When I first saw this and had it in my hand an impulse purchase was imminent but the cons of the knife were the main reasons I did not go through with it.
