I bought the the 7 egg version of this (factory reconditioned) from Woot a year ago. The pictures look exactly the same except it didn’t have the top tray for the additional three eggs. I loved it when I first got it, but it started leaking. The way it works is you pour a certain amount of water (measuring tool included) for your desired # of eggs and cook level and pour it in the bottom. The eggs are essentially steamed, so when the water is gone, it stops cooking. The cleanup for the water leaking wasn’t bad, but since it was leaking out before the eggs were finished cooking, I was consistently getting undercooked eggs. It worked wonderfully when I first got it, though, so hopefully that was just me with that problem!
How does it cook the eggs? Are they then easy to peel?
