What are the options if, upon arrival, breakage has occurred…the broken items can be replaced, or everything must be shipped back? Who pays for shipping back?
Hi there. If it should arrive broken, contact our CS. They’ll work out the best resolution for you. If there’s any return shipping, we would pay for it.

Love these dishes!
Bought 2 sets. Each boxed set came in a big box. Each style of dish came in a box within the set box. I got to the very last box and 2 mugs were broken. We were happy with just six mugs so I contacted CS to ask for a partial refund because I did not want to rebox everything. I was given a more than generous partial refund.
Now, If I could get more of just the big plates. They do not seem to be sold individually.
