These are great!

I own a set if these I bought on the mothership two years ago. With Plated and Blue Apron, I cook at home almost every day and these are my go to knives. They hold an edge very well and get great results from a home sharpener when needed. The handles are hollow, but they feel great in your hand.

The only complaint I have is that the steak knives are almost too sharp for dinning use!
