It appears that Cuisinart used to make a good electric skillet, but the quality has deteriorated over the last few years.
I’m always on the lookout for something like this without the nonstick surface or at least a nonstick surface that won’t end up in my food. With this skillet, I am unable to find a picture of the inside or any detailed information about what the non stick surface is made of.
In either case, it doesn’t matter now because after reading up on it, I don’t need another trouble prone appliance paired up with poor customer service.
