Is it round or oval???

There seems to be some confusion, as the product title says oval, but the description says round. And something that measures 13”x13” is not an oval (nor is that really how I’d describe a circle, but I digress). I’d like to purchase this item, but would love to know it’s actual shape/dimensions first.
