Do these pans work on Induction stove tops

Um, these are most certainly aluminum, not “Traditional hard anodized stainless steel”. The handles are stainless steel, but the actual pots and pans are aluminum. Aluminum pots and pans can be manufactured to work with induction cooktops by adding ferrous metal to the bottom of the pan, but the pans themselves are aluminum. Although it’s technically possible to anodize stainless steel, (you can toss extra electrons at almost anything), it won’t give you the results/color you get with anodized aluminum cookware.
