A couple years ago I purchased the blue with the white porcelain interior. It has worked well for pot roast, coq au vin, etc… I can use it on a burner to brown the meat and then toss the rest of the ingredients in and throw it in the oven. It cooks well and cleans fairly easily.
have the red one with handle. posted a review last time this was up. it’s fantastic for large dishes. great for stews. very heavy.
