When my wife and I upgraded our range to an induction unit we had to replace our All-Clad LTD anodized aluminum cookware as it isn’t induction compatible. I chose this Cuisinart French Classic set based on several reviews. I’m glad I did. This set has performed admirably well. I would rate this right up there with our All-Clad set. You can’t go wrong with this set especially at this price point!
I forgot to mention that unlike most cookware sets (including the other Cuisinart sets offered here) at this price point this set is made in France.
