I bought this in June from the mothership when it was listed here for the same $129, but was down to $100 over there. At that price, I could get the cover and the accessories for the same $130. I wanted to try a griddle to see how I liked it before I went all-in and got a 36" or bigger one. I also didn’t have the space to store a big one out of the elements. So far, I am happy with this unit…well constructed, uses regular LP tanks, is portable…I keep it on my table next to my BGE. Seasoning is the key for these, so do it 4-5 times before first use. While I like it, my initial concerns about how much I would actually use were true. So, it’s good for what it is, is portable, and won’t break the bank to see if you want to become a griddler or not. Just know that its price will drop below the one here on occasion.
