I bought one of these last year when it went below $100 on the mothership…I wanted to try the griddle experience without sinking $400 into a Blackstone/other full size griddle, which I couldn’t keep covered in my current setup. This unit is very nice for what it is, is portable, and sits right next to my BGE perfectly on its table. I don’t have a huge family, nor do I want to pretend I’m a hibachi chef for 15 people, so, for my needs, it’s been great. Like all these, seasoning is critical.
