Customer Service [resolved]

I placed my first woot order a few weeks ago and the entire experience has been horrible! I ordered a TV and a 2 pack of sunscreen. The tv they delivered was the wrong one, and there was only one sunscreen from the 2 pack. I have filled out the email form and received a standard reply on 3/8 and have not heard anything since, as of 3/20. When you pay $1400 for a item I would expect better customer service than this.
