I wish I could ask this about ALL the CyberPower UPS units and those of other brands: “How do I know which Uninterruptable Power Supply is right for me, or how can I tell how many VA/W do I need for my system?” Is there an online chart or guide of some kind with this information? I haven’t found one.
I asked Amazon Rufus AI
To determine the appropriate Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for your system, consider the total power consumption of the devices you want to protect. Calculate the total wattage (W) or volt-ampere (VA) rating of these devices, and choose a UPS with a capacity that exceeds this total. The CyberPower EC850LCD UPS, for example, offers 850VA/510W of power.

This page has the lower end CyberPower units and some things to consider, like how many outlets you need, runtime, etc.
What are you planning to attach to it?
And also how long you want the UPS to last during a power failure if a long duration uptime is important.
I’ve run a similar unit ( CyberPower CP1500) for 13 years now and only just had to change the batteries the other day.
Currently it’s powering my iMac 5k 27" with two externally powered HDDs. The iMac is also configured to do a shutdown should the battery % drop below some threshold I can’t recall at the moment. It rarely gets there though because for me it bridges the gap between power failure and when our generator fires up.
