I love this mixer. A few things to know before purchasing: it’s wicked fast. Make sure you use a deep bowl or are only mixing a small amount or ingredients will splatter everywhere. There’s no slow-slow speed.
The beaters will rust if you don’t wash and dry them immediately. I put mine in the dishwasher and they rusted after the third use. I couldn’t find replacement beaters, so I bought a second one.
It’s so much easier to use than dragging out the KitchenAid stand mixer for small projects. It fits nicely in the drawer. I’m gonna buy another since the holidays are fast approaching and I do a lot of cooking.
