according to Dell, an 850 watt power supply includes water cooling. Does the product have water cooling?
Just got one today, opened it up, do not see water cooling and it has the 850W PS. Did not tear it down to check completely, but a general look of the motherboard area does not show any water cooling.
Just setting one up now and the fan is not loud at all. True test will be under gaming load, but just normal Windows stuff, no noise at all really.
