Definitely a remnant from a different item or flat out error. It should be eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.
However, the RAM is not upgradeable because it is soldered to the motherboard on this model. The SSD/storage can be upgraded.
Yeah, it supports Win 11. We’ll fix that in a bit.
