I just received mine yesterday and can confirm that it does indeed come with an optical drive. Looks like a CD rom. I’m gonna swap out the Blu-ray drive from the optiplex I’m replacing. I was hoping this would have some sort of optical drive despite the specs saying there was none. My plan was to just replace the bezel/faceplate if it didn’t come with one. I’ve bought a few opti-plex refurbs off of Woot over the years and they always come with optical drives even though the say they don’t. Good deal.
