Building one of these new (with a slightly older processor – huh?!) with the same configuration is $2375 list or currently $1382 with discounts. This is a good deal. CPU’s 7703 on Passmark; GPU’s only 2788 so it ain’t a gaming machine. It will, however, eat through daily stuff easily. You’re temping me, Woot…

Edit 2: This is a great laptop. The only thing I might improve upon someday is to replace the m.2 SATA drive with an m.2 PCI-E drive. Great screen (anti-reflective with great brightness from edge to edge), and no bloatware.
I also ordered this workstation. I received the wrong product. What I ordered was a Dell Precision Workstation 3520. But what I received today is a Dell Latitude E7470. These are not the same, not at all. Emailed customer service, awaiting a response.
