Is there a spec sheet for this? Does this come with rails for rack mounting?
Unlikely. When buying from Dell directly, rails are always a $$$ add-on.
I purchased this variant last time they were listed. It did include the rail kit.
Mine was a sealed dell outlet box and the pc was spotless. YMMV
