I received this u2723qe dell monitor when promised, at a good price. It did not include a power cable - which is supposed to be in the box according to the setup instructions included in the box. I did not want to repack and return the entire monitor, which in my experience is what Amazon would request (WOOT? Who knows tried to call). Always a possibility it would have sold out by then. Called Dell, they suggest call Amazon - so I just bought a new cable for $7 and it’s on its way (5 days). Will comment on monitor performance when I’ve used it.
