This exact PC is $1,299 at Costco brand new with 2 year extended warranty. Not such a deal Woot!
Must be walk-in only because I didn’t find it on their site after a couple searches.
I found a $1299 similar computer at Costco with an updated processor (12700 instead of 11700), but with a GTX 1650 video card. Another one at Costco has similar specs but with the RTX 3060 Ti video card sells for $1849. $350 savings to drop from 12-core (12700) to an 8-core (11700 in this offering) processor seems like a better deal (by a little bit) to me.
