Beware of DeLonghi refurbished garbage. Look up Delonghi PF error. They won’t sell you the part to fix it.

We just bought this new on HSN shopping network. It works great on those hot days here in No. Calif. However, you need a designated type window that can accommodate the window attachment. Also, and electrical 3 prong plug that is very close by as the cord is only 5.5 feet long. Not long enough.
The vent duct is very stiff, and you will not be able to get the unit up close to the window. It sticks out at least a foot or more in the room. So, take that placement into consideration. We were disappointed in the length of the electrical cord, and also the stuff duct. We have found a way to angle the unit sideways, and purchased a heavy duty 6 ft. electrical cord to reach a plug along our wall. Otherwise it’s a nice air conditioner, but had we known all this we would have purchased a mounted window unit instead.
