If anyone else was curious/annoyed: It looks like all of these Michael Miller fabrics are quilting cotton.
The first two patterns my eyes zeroed in on were this and the Winter Whispers, both of which would look great in apparel, and I was wondering why on earth the description wasn’t more specific than “cotton” (as opposed to “cotton poplin” or “cotton lawn”). Turns out this is not apparel cotton. .-.
