They advertise it as a 58AH XR battery. They sent a basic 5AH battery. They have not yet responded to my emails.
Check your spam folders. You may need to add info@woot.com to your contacts. Sending multiple emails before waiting 48 hours for a response may clog up the system and result in them being closed as duplicates. CS will respond to the email listed on your Woot account, if that’s different from your Amazon account, you’ll want to check there.
