This is not coarse kosher salt. If you’re used to cooking with coarse, you’ll be a little frustrated until you adjust your technique.
Once you get used to it though, this is the superior salt grain.

Best salt out there, if I hadn’t already stocked up from previous sales I’d get more. This costs $12-13 in my local grocery stores.

Oof, that’s rough. Weirdly it’s fairly reasonably priced at Whole Foods, which is not something I find myself saying often. ($7-$8, so this is still better.)
I think the only place I’ve seen that beats this is US chef stores, and Costco occasionally.
