It’s a woman’s shoe. Sorry for the confusion.
If a man put them on, they would be shoes worn by men, or men’s shoes. Clothing attire is sexless and genderless. Beyond size differences, there isn’t any real difference. 
And for shoes, that size difference is 2 sizes.
