I bought (and returned) one of these the last time WOOT! had them, just a few weeks ago. I did not realize how SMALL the dough tube was, I suppose it holds maybe enough for 12 cookies. I also did not notice that instead of a squeeze trigger (like a caulking gun) you have to hold the dough tube with one hand and pry the handle back and forth with the other. It is very hard to do this and keep the tip pointed at one spot to make a cookie instead of just a bunch of dough globs. And since you have ZERO mechanical advantage, it’s tough getting dough ejected. Additionally, that handle is formed by bending a punched out piece of sheet metal. I found out the wrong way that the edges your finger wrap around are very sharp - it put two nice gashes in 3 fingers. Yeah, this one went back to WOOT!. Thank goodness that WOOT has probably got the best customer care group of any company!
