Do you doodle?
We all know that @mareli83 does!
Dagnabbit! You beat me to it! ![]()
Don’t forget to tag @mareli83. She might know people who doodle.
As in dogs? Absolutely. I have two doodles.
I mostly doodle when talking on the phone

I’ve Google doodled.

Don’t mind if I DO-odle

Doodling is used for the extremes for me: boredom and focus.
There is doodling to overcome boredom. I try to listen well amd give lots of grace, but if the person is off on a tangent or hobby horse for too long, my mind needs something to do so doodle or organize other thoughts in the margins.
I also find drawing help me remember and break down concepts. So, I doodle things with my notes. I am really pay attention.
Once in a while. I used to paint back when I was still in school but someone stole the 2 paintings I had started when they were almost done (just a bit more shading was needed). Then I got into pen and ink drawing and scratchboards
I tried one time…

This Homer reminds me of how my little brother didn’t get too far with artistic pursuits, like coloring in the line. Now we are proud of him as a Gunny. Yes, I purchased the largest buckets of crayons I could find for his son’s 1st Christmas. I gave permission to my nephew to share the snacks with his dad.

Ps: if you don’t get the military humor, it is ok. I do love and highly respect my brother and his fellow soldiers. Some of us use humor with those we love. If we cannot use humor about you, well you should catch the drift…

Yeah, if I have pen and paper, it’s happening, but it’s been a while.
I do when bored in a class

I sometimes doodle. And I call it art.

My income depends on it.
Do you have adhd too?!
Often, I can only pay attention if I doodle.
