First time buyer using Woot. What does Woot use to deliver purchases? I have a tracking number but no reference to the delivery service that I can use the tracking number for. And tracking number is not a clickable link.
Sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this. Not seeing any other way. I have to wait for Customer Service to respond in 24 hours. Normally is there a delay in delivery? said 8 days max and has been 11 days.
Said it would be delivered Friday. Today is Monday.
Clicked on the item I bought and says sold out. Maybe itâs not coming at all?
Received a package today that should have gone to next street and worried that my package went to the wrong house.

Woot pretty much uses every shipping service. From my experience:
- If the product is in an Amazon fulfillment center, itâll be whichever service Amazon uses.
- If itâs from Wootâs warehouse, itâs usually UPS or USPS.
- If itâs a third party vendor, itâll be whichever service theyâre contracted with.
(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)
As Narfcake said⌠Sometimes shipping is very early sometimes it is weeks delayed. The latter may be because it is being shipped from overseas and possibly stuck in port.
Notably, some packages I have received did originate from overseas and were not stored in a warehouse here in the US. Increasingly we live in a business climate where there is zero inventory and there is ordering of merchandise directly from the manufacturer by the middle person or company.
Such âjust in time operationâ has been widely praised as being an efficient business practice. However, all have learned that strategic PPE for defense against an epidemic must be stockpiled, and never be handled this way again.
It should be fairly easy to pop that number in to ups/fedex/usps tracking to see who brings back the information.
Also the formatting should be a clue. UPS usually starts with a 1z or 1x, usps starts with a 9, etc

Hi there. Thereâs no physical package for that order. Your order tracking number is your validation key. Download the software and use that key.

Youâre not getting a physical package. That is not a tracking number.

Trying to understandâŚI go to Norton and then use the tracking number? Not seeing any link to Navigate to or download Norton software via Woot. I have two tracking numbers one starting with D2v and one with XRW. I Go to Norton and then get their Tech Support to help me?
It is a key you enter typically [edit] after download from vendor of Norton branded software. The code then unlocks version purchased, for term of time specified

I realize that the âtracking numberâ is the validation that I have bought software. I go to symantec.com or norton.com and then get them to help me if I have questions? There is no obvious link to steer me to where I jump straight into and use my purchased softwareâŚthat I can see anywayâŚ
With most âpurchase the product keyâ third parties, you create an account on the service you are looking to use. In this case, Norton.
There should be an option under âmy nortonâ and âmy subscriptionâ to enter the product key and a download link for the relevant product.
You download. During installation it asks for code. The ad calling it a tracking number is atypical.
