The Dove Handwashes I orded in July actually expired in June, and were not packed carefully. One of the handwashes leaked during shipping, and half of the bottle had poured into the shipping box. Stay away from this item.
Hi there. If you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Bottles not packed correctly and opened, leaked all over the inside of the box. And some of the bottles were expired. Tried to return but the form said it was too late to return even though the box was delivered LAST WEEK. Tried again via customer support box. Whoever is selling these to Woot is selling garbage. DO NOT BUY!
Yeah you should be able to return these. If the CS form doesn’t work let @lioncow or @ThunderThighs know. I tagged them so they’re aware there’s a problem. TT is on vacation right now, but you may not get a response before Monday.
FYI: The dates on the bottles are the manufacture date, not the expiration date. But still… leaks.
Pretty sure that EXP 06/2022 on the side of the bottle is an expiration date…
