I believe these numbers should be reversed. Shoes #5 in mens are closest equivalent to #7 in womans, and so on. Here is a more precise comparison.

Yeah, I know the reason, and I also remember other items “imported” from Amazon with similar errors (like socks numbers listed as shoe numbers - big difference.)
So I actually posted this to help people convert correctly, but the insoles seem to be sold out already anyway.
At least we know why these were offered to Woot, while other amazon sellers with correct description of the same item are triving 
.
Edit: Oops, I just checked other sellers where the same error is listed; it is also listed like that on pictures of the packages. Amazing 
Maybe Dr. Scholl should think twice before outsourcing any more of his production
