Dremel 12V Max Cordless Lithium-Ion Rotary Tool Kit

Dremel 12V Max Cordless Lithium-Ion Rotary Tool Kit

I want to buy this but not sure if all the accessories included?

I bought this on February 23, but I was on vacation out of state when the package arrived (March 4), so I wasn’t able to check the package for a couple of weeks. The charging base doesn’t appear to work (no light comes on even though the manual says it should). The battery was charged, so the tool works, but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to recharge the battery.

I used the Web form in late March to contact Woot’s customer service, got the “Thank you for reaching out. We will get back to you within 24 hours.” message, but have yet to hear back from them.

So far they’re not living up to their promise of “Where we turn irate wooters into “I love Woot”–ers”.

I don’t know if it has “all” the accessories, but it did come with a box of accessories.

Anyone buy these refurbished and have a good experience?
Tempted if it was just open box type situation but refurbished I’m hesitant at this price point.

Hi there. Sorry you haven’t heard back from CS. I don’t see that order on the account you’re posting from. When you reach out to CS, make sure you do it from the account that the purchase was made.

Woot! Customer Service.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

The order was on my Amazon account, aqmuelle. I used the Customer Service form from that account back in March.

Thanks,

Steve

Thank you. I’ll ask. In 99.9% of the cases they responded but it went to spam/junk so make sure you check there.

Update: CS Rep responded on March 30 with options for you. They’re waiting to hear back. If you can’t find their email, use the form again and ask them to use a different email to contact you.

Thanks, I found it in my Inbox on March 29. I must have missed it in the backlog of E-mail from my vacation. :expressionless: I’ll respond now that I’ve found it.
