Not so sure yet. The good parts are the shipping was fast and the unit shipped was the animal which apparently is exactly the same as the multi floor except you get an additional tool set which apparently costs $69
The bad parts. It shows grade b refurbished on the box and it definately showed wear and tear which was not likely a first time return this was probably a demo unit. That said they did have new canister and it was definately clean just wear on the ball part
Other thoughts are. This feels really small and flimsy I felt it would fall apart we have a big house and this felt like an apartment sized and robust machine. We used it and seemed to have good suction. In retrospect I would have researched more and got the larger version with the bigger canister.
Also can’t understand why this is $350 new ? Did I miss inflation here
